Mangalam TOURS South India

The South is graceful, with its coastal plains backed by the mountains rimming the wedge of the Deccan plateau. On these plains lie the best beaches of India. On the mountains, are the tea, coffee and spice lands. Beyond them, on the plateau are the old cities boasting of a culture that has its roots in a historical continent from where, civilization spread across the world.

An exclusive journey to South India focuses on exotic wildlife, diverse cultures and magnificient landscapes. Tours range from the ancient templed cities adorned with masterpieces of Dravidian architecture in Tamil Nadu, the hills dotted with tea, coffee and spice plantations and the quiet lagoons, "The Backwaters", on the west coast in Kerala, the rich archaeological sites in Karnataka to the marvellous beaches in colonial Goa.

Once again, the itinerary we present hereunder, is just an example of the numerous possibilities of tours in South India.
